GOAT IMAGERY | TERMS OF SERVICE

​1. Booking & Payments To secure a session date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. No date is reserved until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot (before the session begins) or upon delivery of the final invoice. Goat Imagery reserves the right to withhold final files until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date (within 3 months). If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover the studio time lost.

3. Creative Control & Raw Files Client agrees that Goat Imagery retains creative control over editing and processing. Unedited 'RAW' files are not available for purchase or viewing and remain the sole property of the photographer. Only the final, edited selection will be delivered.

4. Photography Services & Usage Unless otherwise specified in your invoice, the following terms apply to all photography sessions:

• Session Duration: As agreed at the time of booking.

• Standard Usage License: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the images for: Client Website, Social Media (Organic), Internal Communications, and Local Low-Volume Print (flyers, brochures, PR).

• Exclusions: This license specifically excludes use in Paid Advertising campaigns (Billboards, TV, National Press), Product Packaging, or Resale to Third Parties, unless an additional license fee is paid.

5. Video Production Services Unless otherwise specified in your invoice, the following terms apply to all video projects:

• Revisions: The fee includes two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions (e.g., cutting a shot, adjusting levels). Further structural changes or re-edits requested after the second round will be billed at an hourly rate.

• Music Rights:

  • If Client provides music: Client warrants they possess all necessary rights/licenses to use the music.

  • If Goat Imagery provides original music: Client is licensed to use the music only as synchronized with the video content. Standalone distribution (e.g., Spotify/Apple Music) is prohibited.

• Standard Video License: Client may host the final video on their Website, YouTube, Vimeo, and Social Media Channels. Broadcast TV, Cinema, and Paid Advertising campaigns exceeding £1,000 spend are excluded.

6. Copyright Goat Imagery retains the copyright to all images, video footage, and original music compositions produced. The Client is granted a license to use the work as detailed above.
